- I was pleased with the move in process, but shortly after moving in, our rate increased. I was upset at the time, but the rate was ultimately still fair. After leaving our stuff there for almost a year and a half, we have moved out of the storage unit. During our move, it was nice to see we had zero issues with bugs (other than some spiders right at the door), or water/humidity. Overall, the staff on site was specifically helpful, and my only complaint would be that Public Storage (not the folks at this location) allows for rate adjustments so soon after joining.

- I chose to do the virtual process which took less than 10 minutes. Immediately after submitting payment I received my assigned storage and access code. Upon arriving I was greeted by onsite staff who was very polite and professional. The facility smelled great and was neatly kept. Equipment was available at the entrance to aid in loading things. Once I got up to my storage all needed paperwork and lock were waiting for me and I was able to get my item in and finished in a timely manner.
