- -I was not told upon reservation this was an unmanned facility. -On site, the kiosk would not accept our Canadian address information, forcing a phone call. -The parking spot assigned to us was tight to get into. VERY TIGHT. Made worse by the trailer already in place next to us as it was not pulled far enough into their spot. The back end of their trailer sitting 6 feet back from the end of their parking spot. It took us a very tense half an hour of working with fractions of inches to get around them to park. -If you assign anyone in the empty spot next to us there simply won't be enough turning room to pull forward and get out. Before we return in 2 weeks I'll be calling to make sure that spot next to us is still empty.
