- I called the phone # listed online for this facility. The representative informed me that I would receive a 50% discount on the first 2 months. He made the reservation for me over the phone and I went to the facility to check in. Upon arrival, there is not an agent there. You have to check in on a kiosk. There is a question on the kiosk that I was never asked about when booking the unit with the phone agent. It is about insurance for the unit. You cannot bypass the question. I wasn't about to pay their insurance that they offer as I have my own insurance. ,(It's another 25.00 a month for their insurance) by the time I pulled my insurance information up the kiosk timed out. I had to start the whole process again. I logged back in and when I was finally ready to check out, it charged me the full amount. I called the # back and the agent said I should have gotten the discount and would send it to a supervisor as it clearly showed that it was in the original booking. I was told that someone would be getting back to me. No reply in two days and I called back to be informed that the corporate office did not approve the discount. Everything is over the phone and many hoops to jump through. Far to many avenue's for them to get away with this. I will never use their facilities again, nor recommend them.
