They completely lie about 24/7 video surveillance which I found out after they told the arriving officer none of the cameras work. They have no office and outsource their calls. Now I have to battle with insurance to get paid for my items they couldn’t keep secure.

ME NOT KNOWING IT WASN'T ON AUTOPAY MY STORAGE DIDNT GET PAID FOR OCT,NOV, SO NOW I GET A BILL I FOUND IN MY EMAIL FOR $284.THEY CHARGING ME FOR NO AUTOPAY AND LATE FEES. What?!!!$146 OK I CAN SEE PAYING BUT EVERYTHING ELSE IS THEIR FAULT. Oh I almost forgot the bugs and spiders in my unit made it impossible to use or get anything out . So I recommend not getting the end unit spiders were so outrageous. I've never seen so many in one place in my life. Completely regret renting from this company. I've put so much money into the unit and now im loosing everything. Its so unfair. This should be against the law. Ppl usually need storage when they are not doing well and this company will take advantage of you while you are down. And kick u while you're down. They should be ashamed to do this to ppl. My mom died last year and her quilt is in there. There is no real value to the things in my storage to anyone except to me. Im totally upset.
