So I recommend not getting the end unit spiders were so outrageous. I've never seen so many in one place in my life. Completely regret renting from this company. I've put so much money into the unit and now im loosing everything. Its so unfair. This should be against the law. Ppl usually need storage when they are not doing well and this company will take advantage of you while you are down. And kick u while you're down. They should be ashamed to do this to ppl. My mom died last year and her quilt is in there. There is no real value to the things in my storage to anyone except to me. Im totally upset.

Spent 30 minutes on the phone to get in and then got locked inside because the gate would not open! Went back another day and got locked inside again and called the Del City police to let me out. The gate is broken!! Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve called and requested a call back and get nothing!! No onsite manager either!!

- The manager was very friendly and accommodating. The place is very clean and overall should get a five star rating. I only left 4 stars because it is inconvenient for me personally that it is not available 24/7. But that is my fault for not having my own vehicle. I also imagined a 10x10 being a little bigger and was sad that they didn't have a bigger unit available. The price seems high to me. But I have been told I'm cheap. It's going to be a headache to try to cram a 2 bedroom apartment that houses a toddler and single mom with a furniture obsession into such a small space.. but that is my fault for not double checking before signing paperwork and being a cheap borderline hoarder. Regardless I'm thankful.
