- We are currently moving to the Toledo area and for the past six months we have been storing things at A+ storage in anticipation of this move. A few weeks ago we had rented a one-way rental to bring even more things from our previous home to the A+ storage waiting on our closing Day at our new home. While my husband was dropping off the rental truck at A+ storage some important medical cards fell out of his coat pocket and we didn’t realize it until after we had locked the truck and dropped the keys into the night dropbox. I frantically called and left a message and Amy returned that call immediately and explained that she would go in on her day off the next day to check out the truck to see if the cards were indeed there. The next morning she called back as she said she would and had the cards in hand. She kept them at the office until my husband was able to pick them up a few days later after the majority of our furniture had been moved into our new home. We highly recommend A+ storage. The facility is always clean and always well lit. The staff is very helpful and accommodating.

- This is the second time I've tried to rent here, but something just wasn't right. This time I went to go rent a 5 x 10 unit. So before I finished my paperwork and made a payment, I asked to see a unit. The unit she showed me had 4x4s on the walls. So I asked to see another unit and it had 4x4s on one wall. Then she showed me a unit without the boards and it look right, so I pulled my measuring tape out and realized that the space wasn't the size that I would be paying for. I had it set for me to move in and everything. Reserved the truck, took off from work, ready to move in. I did go there about two weeks before and a gentleman showed me a unit that made me want to rent there, that actually looked like a 5x10. I am disappointed because this place is closer to my apartment, but I want what I am paying for. Just be careful and measure. I had to say something because I don't or wouldn't want anyone going through what I did twice!
