Email said I needed to book appointment for move in which turned out not to be true. Went to move into unit and someone else's belongings were in there so had to call and luckily was able to get a different unit at some location with same size which was lucky because I had a loaded trailer.

- A Self Storage Maumee was extremely beginner friendly. We were shown the unit before agreeing to anything, did an initial inspection, and even received financial assistance in minimizing the cost. My unit is indoor access, but we had no difficulty getting large furniture around the facility. We were given a brand new lock, guaranteeing we are the only ones with access. Their facility has surveillance and daily access. I feel very safe and very secure leaving my belongings here.

- We are currently moving to the Toledo area and for the past six months we have been storing things at A+ storage in anticipation of this move. A few weeks ago we had rented a one-way rental to bring even more things from our previous home to the A+ storage waiting on our closing Day at our new home. While my husband was dropping off the rental truck at A+ storage some important medical cards fell out of his coat pocket and we didn’t realize it until after we had locked the truck and dropped the keys into the night dropbox. I frantically called and left a message and Amy returned that call immediately and explained that she would go in on her day off the next day to check out the truck to see if the cards were indeed there. The next morning she called back as she said she would and had the cards in hand. She kept them at the office until my husband was able to pick them up a few days later after the majority of our furniture had been moved into our new home. We highly recommend A+ storage. The facility is always clean and always well lit. The staff is very helpful and accommodating.
