- Overall I highly recommend this storage facility… But with that being said I may suggest something. When I got my storage unit, which was a 5‘ x 10‘ unit, I did not know that there was a separate facility located at the opposite side of the road. So I drove around the main facility for a good 15 minutes looking for my unit and was confused why I had four digits in my unit number but all these only had three… When I called the lady on the phone kept telling me to drive over the railroad tracks which I continuously did and saw nothing besides a electric company… So I hung up on her… I’m sorry. I called again and got someone else who maintain her character through my frustration. She told me that there was another facility located across the street and apologized for the previous lady. That girl needs a raise ! And we’re not gonna talk about the other one... But I love my unit! The facility is wonderful.. BUT! There is no sign that says that there is another facility located on the other side. I highly recommend a sign, please.

- I like the unit and the location. I feel the site is secure. However, getting the unit has been a pain! Nobody on site so you do everything online. I have been charged THREE times! THREE! My 5x10 unit is 56 bucks and change for the first month (with discount from promo). They have charged me that amount three times so they are sitting on about 113 bucks of MY money, and I have yet to get a resolution! I am PISSED OFF!

- They held my unit for more than a week after I was supposed to be moving in which was great for me as I was coming from Texas. The place looks great, its a gated complex with keypad access. I feel my belongings are safe in this place plus its in a very good location. Calling to get it reserved was very easy and the lady on the phone very helpful. Same as the lady in charge of the place she processed my payment and documents in no time.
