(I cut my hand pretty deep on the metal handle) the online customer service rep said we had to get the next size up and pay an addition 35 dollars, because "they didn't have any other units open" when I pressed that I specifically bought the size I needed/price I wanted to pay- he spoke to the store manager and there was suddenly other options. Other than that, we are happy.

- I found the employees to be extremely helpful and easy to work with! The facility seems very secure and clean. The rates are well below other comparable facilities yet it may be because the customer must add an insurance policy to the items that they store here. They sell it to you and it is expensive for example I claimed the value of my items to be a mere $2,000 (the lowest they allow) and that raised my monthly rate by $11 and change! Not thrilled about the hidden cost!

When I arrived the next day with my daughter and a truckload of totes, Andrew spotted us and quick brought over a small flat bed to help make it easier. I also bought a lock and set up auto pay. Only a few day/trips into it, but very good customer experience so far.
