- We had to call the help number due to arriving with uhual and our unit not opening. (I cut my hand pretty deep on the metal handle) the online customer service rep said we had to get the next size up and pay an addition 35 dollars, because "they didn't have any other units open" when I pressed that I specifically bought the size I needed/price I wanted to pay- he spoke to the store manager and there was suddenly other options. Other than that, we are happy.

- I rented a storage unit and the next day the storage unit was closed out and my money gone because I never came back and put my own lock on the unit. No one never told me that I had to immediately put a lock of my own on the unit or it would be closed out and charged me a close our fee or a cleaning fee. I will never recommend the company to no one and when I called the guy who took was basically like o well that's the policy. This policy should be included when the unit is open. I fill I was robbed and I don't have anything good about public storage.
