- I found the employees to be extremely helpful and easy to work with! The facility seems very secure and clean. The rates are well below other comparable facilities yet it may be because the customer must add an insurance policy to the items that they store here. They sell it to you and it is expensive for example I claimed the value of my items to be a mere $2,000 (the lowest they allow) and that raised my monthly rate by $11 and change! Not thrilled about the hidden cost!

- Reserved a storage unit online, got a call to confirm and inquire about checking on the unit sizes was able to make an appointment easily. The manager is incredibly friendly and helpful, and was able to answer the questions we had, even allowing us to choose a different unit of the same size that looked better to us. the actual paperwork was easy to fill out and she explained everything for that as well in an easy to understand way. Definitely will rent from here again!

- We had to call the help number due to arriving with uhual and our unit not opening. (I cut my hand pretty deep on the metal handle) the online customer service rep said we had to get the next size up and pay an addition 35 dollars, because "they didn't have any other units open" when I pressed that I specifically bought the size I needed/price I wanted to pay- he spoke to the store manager and there was suddenly other options. Other than that, we are happy.
