The rates are well below other comparable facilities yet it may be because the customer must add an insurance policy to the items that they store here. They sell it to you and it is expensive for example I claimed the value of my items to be a mere $2,000 (the lowest they allow) and that raised my monthly rate by $11 and change! Not thrilled about the hidden cost!
