- 1 worker, and I had an appointment time, when I arrived the worker was one the phone so I had to wait and then after the phone call was finished and when I was speaking with the worker about what type of storage units were available and getting prices, someone walked in I was told I had to wait again so he could assist someone else. So my appointment time was not an actual appointment time since I was basically pushed aside since there was only 1 worker. I do understand everyone needs help but I arrived on time to my appointment and felt I should have had someone 1:1 without interruptions as I cleared my schedule to come in sooner then I had originally requested.

- The manager was unsure of what she was asking of me . I left the facility to return with car insurance only to be told I needed the title. Also it wouldn't of been a huge break in protocol for her to let me use the bathroom, very rude considering I advised please . Ultimately I paid in full for my duration, one time payment, and left disappointed. The experience could of been handled more professionally.
