The manager is incredibly friendly and helpful, and was able to answer the questions we had, even allowing us to choose a different unit of the same size that looked better to us. the actual paperwork was easy to fill out and she explained everything for that as well in an easy to understand way. Definitely will rent from here again!

- I wanted to see the storage unit before I signed the paperwork the storage area was clean but the door did not work quite right. Fortunately I had a couple of days before I was going to need the storage unit. he called before I finish the paperwork and made arrangements to fix the door that day and call me later in the day let me know the unit was ready. this was excellent customer service and I was also impressed with the security cameras throughout the storage areas. I will definitely recommend this storage facility to my friends.
