- I found the employees to be extremely helpful and easy to work with! The facility seems very secure and clean. The rates are well below other comparable facilities yet it may be because the customer must add an insurance policy to the items that they store here. They sell it to you and it is expensive for example I claimed the value of my items to be a mere $2,000 (the lowest they allow) and that raised my monthly rate by $11 and change! Not thrilled about the hidden cost!

- 1 worker, and I had an appointment time, when I arrived the worker was one the phone so I had to wait and then after the phone call was finished and when I was speaking with the worker about what type of storage units were available and getting prices, someone walked in I was told I had to wait again so he could assist someone else. So my appointment time was not an actual appointment time since I was basically pushed aside since there was only 1 worker. I do understand everyone needs help but I arrived on time to my appointment and felt I should have had someone 1:1 without interruptions as I cleared my schedule to come in sooner then I had originally requested.
