The manager is incredibly friendly and helpful, and was able to answer the questions we had, even allowing us to choose a different unit of the same size that looked better to us. the actual paperwork was easy to fill out and she explained everything for that as well in an easy to understand way. Definitely will rent from here again!

- Many companies are not concerned with customer service. My first time visiting this facility and Heather was amazing. She greeted me with a smile and an offer to help. She explained the ins and outs of the facility. When I made a comment about the size of the facility, (1,000) units, she offered to take me back to the correct storage unit. As this storage unit is a company rental, multiple people have access. Upon opening the locked door, Heather helped move equipment around and she even cleaned up a mess on the floor. A great representative of this company.

- First time for me, so I wasn't to sure what to expect. Made on line reservations, got there and everything went great. He showed us the storage room size I reserved and after seeing it I realized it wasn't large enough for my needs and increased to the next larger size with no problem. Staff was very helpful and covered everything very well. It was pleasure doing business with them and would recommend them to anyone looking for a storage facility.

- I got my space online and had to check in tho there was some issue with the pricing difference between what they normally charge I guess and the online broker I guess I was using the people there were very helpful and we were able to sort it all out so that everyone was happy in the end I even paid four months in advance not to get any deal just to show my application and commitment I was a lil put off later when I got online and found that there was some policy preventing me from getting a larger unit tho this is not 100% confirmed I was told on a chat bubble that it was not allowed and if I say rented another unit online and just moved I could be banned from the facility permanently but again not 100% confirmed though highly suspected to be true in today's world unfortunately overall a good experience still a customer at least until I find a bigger unit in my price range ..honestly I would rather move across the hall than down the street but if those are the rules those are the rules right I just didn't realize how much more space I actually needed at first my bad I guess and now I have to pay for it in more ways than one I guess..advice start with the bigger one if your in a position to choose
