- We got there late in the day, about 2 hours before they closed and we had several loads to bring in. The office employee stayed 40 minutes past the time they were supposed to close so that we could finish getting our stuff unloaded. And she was very nice about it. The facility is very clean, and easy to navigate, and she upgraded us to a slightly larger unit when we realized we would have a hard time fitting everything. Good experience overall

I was told by both the employee and manager that they would not honor the rate despite seeing the reservation email from SpareFoot.con and speaking with a representative from SpareFoot. I’ll NEVER use this facility. Horrible and short sighted customer service.

- Not much else to add beyond the title. I had a lovely experience with the staff, a very smooth check-in experience, and a great time loading my stuff. It truly couldn't have been much better of an experience, short of being provided with a foot massage after loading up my items. The area is easy to find parking at, and the loading space has plenty of room. There are also large dollies you can use (for free) to bring your stuff up to your locker. The facility is kept nice and cool, and is VERY secure. They haven't had a security incident for as long as the manager has been working there, because they are staffed while the gate is open (once the staff leaves, the large gate locks), and each person has a unique code that provides them with access to their floor. Great job guys!

- this place is super secure, clean, and getting in and out is efficient. i would just warn of ancillary fees, and keep in mind that the $29 5' x 5' x 4' locker units are all only accessible by a ladder (which they provide). they are located high up above the 8' storage unit. this means that every time you want to retrieve items, you will need to use the ladder. There is a mandatory insurance (either $14 or $16 per month). There is also a one time administrative fee (~$50). Overall, this is an affordable, clean and safe place to rent, just make sure the high lockers work for you!
