- Cannot say enough good things about this place! Very clean and newly renovated facility, with easy loading procedures. Ample availability of dollies and elevators so I could always efficiently move in my things. Easy reservation process with no strings attached, with a check-in call right before my move-in date. I also had several questions leading up to my move in and could always reach someone. Onsite staff is also helpful and very courteous. Staff were very attentive to my needs and questions. I couldn't have asked for an easier storage experience. Special shout out to Wesley for being super helpful, transparent and going above and beyond to ensure that I was matched with the right size and price for my needs!

- The facilities are clean and offer a few extras, like paper shredding, coffee and tea, nice lounge area to sit and cool off. Customer service was a little above average. Sign-up and move-in were both quick and easy, the unit was clean and exactly what I'd reserved. They have a deal with a moving company, so I got a free move-in, and the movers even helped load and unload the boxes, which I'd been told they wouldn't. No complaints at all.
