- My move-in date was 7/3/2024. I couldn't load the moving truck in time so I changed the date to 7/4/2024 after confirming with Marc at SpareFoot that it will be open on 4th of July. Apparently the SpareFoot wasn't the right one to confirm and the location was closed, so I just waisted my time and money and finally moved in the next day.

- I have been a customer since 2008 and every year my storage payments goes up. It is too expensive. Customers like me that been for a few years should get a break, especially now with the pandemic and people like me with no job, no unemployment and no stimulus checks for almost a year. That is something that corporate should take in "CONSIDERATION". - The only downside is that this place is difficult to enter, all the doors are locked so you have to wait for someone to open it and hope there is an employee at the front desk. - One (or the one) problem is PS has many hidden fees. When you make a reservation online, you don't know that you are going to get charged a mandatory monthly insurance fee, plus a one-time $20 or so locker fee. You can only use PS' specific locker, which is why I consider it to be a fee. In sum, don't trust the price you see in your confirmation email. That's only the lower bound if your price. Other than this, PS is a reliable storage service provider.
