When you make a reservation online, you don't know that you are going to get charged a mandatory monthly insurance fee, plus a one-time $20 or so locker fee. You can only use PS' specific locker, which is why I consider it to be a fee. In sum, don't trust the price you see in your confirmation email. That's only the lower bound if your price. Other than this, PS is a reliable storage service provider.
