- When I tried to move my reservation date three days later than it was initially supposed to take place, I was told it was impossible. So I cancelled and made a new reservation. When I showed up to the facility, they had auto-cancelled my reservation, thinking it was a double-booking. They never called me to check in. When I asked to rent a storage unit for the price that I had found online, they said it was only possible to book at that price online. I made a new account and reserved the unit. I was double-charged a lock fee. Customer service was helpful in helping me use one of the lock charges towards next month's rent.
