- Very kind customer service, very clean. I just think that considering how far it is and there's no public transport walking distance which makes it inconvenient prices should be slightly lower, this may also be a mainly me problem as I don't own a car and highly depend on public transport/ubers. But considering the quality of service, how clean it is and the fact that it's climated etc. I believe it is worth it, I completely recommend.

- At first, the store manager, Angel, was very helpful on the phone, arranging with me to sign the lease remotely or travel into the facility to do so because, due to a family illness, I was out of town and unable to travel into the facility that day. Â After my contractor moved my goods into the unit, as promised, I called Angel 3 days later on the exact day I said I would, to tell him that, just as we had discussed, although I would not be able to travel into the unit that day, later in the day, when I reached my computer, I would sign the lease. Â Angel responded insanely by accusing me of refusing to sign the lease, screaming at me that I had moved my goods into the unit illegally, and then Angel locked me out of the unit, with my goods in it, canceling my lease, requiring that I spend almost 2 hours on the phone with another very nice representative, Ashley, in a home corporate office to straighten it out, distracting me from dealing with my family illness situation. Â I have asked that Angel's supervisor call me, which Ashley agreed to arrange, with no call back from a supervisor or anyone else for 3 days so far. Â Disgraceful, third-rate service. Â I will see how it goes over the next few months but if the store manager is an example of the level of service, I wouldn't recommend this company, and if Angel takes any measures in retaliation for this review, I will do what I do for a living and make sure the company pays in a court for this type of behavior inflicted on me while I am attempting to deal with a family illness.

- I just had a fire I booked a storage rental for the last of what I could salvage from my 3 family home. I arrived to be told by Shawn that my rental was not ready today -Saturday and to come back Monday. I have no house anymore where did he want me to leave my belongings. He offered a larger unit for a larger price I told him I do not have that many things. He offered a storage for half the size for 30.00 less. I told him I would rebook on the site I use. I went to a friend's house and rebooted the storage this time a different special for 105 for half the size of the other one. I drive back to be told that he could not give me the new rental because I declined the rental that was not ready. I told him I didn't decline it rather your company had it listed and I booked it and you still have other people's stuff inside it if you move their stuff out I will happily put mines in. This is false advertising it's not available. He told me I can not do a rental with the company. I have been using this storage facility since 2012. Shawn the manager was unhelpful and I'm filing charges with the better business bureau. Since they have been taken over by a new company I definitely do not recommend this place or Shawn. I would use 20 Mill St storage.
