- This place has the WORST and most HORRENDOUS customer service in the world, addition to the WORST elevator to move items into the storage unit. PLEASE DO NOT leave your belongings here. Even though at first they seem to present an affordable price, they incessantly increase the price EVERY six months or so. They have an antiquated payment service that can only be paid in person or via check thru bank transfer. The elevator is an old MANUAL elevator that requires physical pulling and pushing of 4 doors, to both get in, get out each time. The worst of it all is that the manager has a terrible attitude and refuses to understand what the customer is saying. On the day of the move, my mom had a terrible experience. After everything was moved out, my mom mistakenly forgot the lock in the unit door. The guy didn't ask for a key either when he went to check, but he refused to come back again to check and said she would have to wait for the next guy; she had to wait outside the dark unit for half-hour just waiting for another guy to show up to "check" that everything was out. Btw, my unit didn't even have a light on top of it, and was very dark and gloomy inside. She was also locked-in for a short time because the elevator got stuck, and nearly had a panic attack. Overall, avoid this facility, and store your belongings in a place that has cleaner and brighter units, much better or even just decent bare minimum customer service, better payments and better pricing (possibly a place with a fixed pricing). I really, really regret trying to save a few bucks by using this place because my peace of mind and sanity is way more important.

- I was searching for a storage facility on Sparefoot and came across StorageBlue who had great prices. I came to the facility and Blanca the manager showed me the unit, She was very patient, kind and helpful. Facility is very Clean. Luis the maintenance worker was very helpful, very friendly and I like his smile , its very warming. He's the coolest maintenance worker i know. i recognized Blanca and Luis from the other StorageBlue formerly located in Mt, Pleasant Ave and they treated me with respect. I highly recommend StorageBlue if you are looking for Storage space this is the place to go. StorageBlue has the best prices and promotions.

- I've been shopping around for a little while trying to find a storage facility to put my personal items that are very dear to me and decided to make a reservation here because of the great prices. I get to this place and there was a girl there named Moya who helped me. She asked me all of these questions about what I was storing and she let me know that what I reserved was going to be to big for what I was storing and suggested I get something smaller. She showed me the room she suggested and then showed me the room I reserved and she was absolutely right! Not only did she get me the room that was the perfect size she also saved me money! I am very happy to be storing here.

- At first, the store manager, Angel, was very helpful on the phone, arranging with me to sign the lease remotely or travel into the facility to do so because, due to a family illness, I was out of town and unable to travel into the facility that day. Â After my contractor moved my goods into the unit, as promised, I called Angel 3 days later on the exact day I said I would, to tell him that, just as we had discussed, although I would not be able to travel into the unit that day, later in the day, when I reached my computer, I would sign the lease. Â Angel responded insanely by accusing me of refusing to sign the lease, screaming at me that I had moved my goods into the unit illegally, and then Angel locked me out of the unit, with my goods in it, canceling my lease, requiring that I spend almost 2 hours on the phone with another very nice representative, Ashley, in a home corporate office to straighten it out, distracting me from dealing with my family illness situation. Â I have asked that Angel's supervisor call me, which Ashley agreed to arrange, with no call back from a supervisor or anyone else for 3 days so far. Â Disgraceful, third-rate service. Â I will see how it goes over the next few months but if the store manager is an example of the level of service, I wouldn't recommend this company, and if Angel takes any measures in retaliation for this review, I will do what I do for a living and make sure the company pays in a court for this type of behavior inflicted on me while I am attempting to deal with a family illness.
