All the documentation was completed effortlessly, and the use of the access code was explained effectively. When she agreed that the unit I reserved met my needs, she showed me the unit. I liked it so I bought it. There weren't any crazy upsells which was what I was getting prepared for. Only thing was the insurance is required on the unit. I felt that should have been mentioned on the reservation web page. Otherwise great experience

- The storage unit was the cheapest I found around the area. I did not have any issues, but would have liked to have a unit closer to the elevator. There was also a step the middle of the corridor that was very inconvenient. It would not be hard to just put an incline there instead of the step.
