- The on-line reservation was very easy and helpful and I got a phone call shortly after completing the on-line information (a person from the facility) for confirmation; thought that was nice. The communication (with email) was super and the office team was nice and thorough in explaining everything I needed. They took the time to help with the 'how-to' for using the elevator, the entry gate and the garage bay doors illustrating that they want the customer to be self sufficient and knowledgeable. - I had a short term need and went on-line to find a good price for a facility close by. Cubesmart had the space I needed right away and the discount for the on-line sign up was attractive. The registration was very positive and quick. The only thing I wished I had know prior to arriving was that I needed to bring the declaration page from my homeowners insurance. I had to pay $12 because I didn't have the document with me. When I bring in the document I won't get charged for next month but nothing I can do about the current month's charge. Oh well.

- I arrived with my reservation in hand at around 1:30pm, but so did 5 additional individualsﾃ｢竄ｬﾂｦcreating what I initially believed was going to be a long wait time. My thoughts on potentially having to wait longer than expected were quickly put to rest, I was shown the unit I requested and in the process of being shown the unit was recommended by the staff to try a different one they believed would be better suited for me. All the documentation was completed effortlessly, and the use of the access code was explained effectively. Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m truly grateful for the staffs amazing customer service and ability to manage multiple customers at one time while also adhering to CDC guidelines during these troubling times.

- At first, the store manager, Angel, was very helpful on the phone, arranging with me to sign the lease remotely or travel into the facility to do so because, due to a family illness, I was out of town and unable to travel into the facility that day. After my contractor moved my goods into the unit, as promised, I called Angel 3 days later on the exact day I said I would, to tell him that, just as we had discussed, although I would not be able to travel into the unit that day, later in the day, when I reached my computer, I would sign the lease. Angel responded insanely by accusing me of refusing to sign the lease, screaming at me that I had moved my goods into the unit illegally, and then Angel locked me out of the unit, with my goods in it, canceling my lease, requiring that I spend almost 2 hours on the phone with another very nice representative, Ashley, in a home corporate office to straighten it out, distracting me from dealing with my family illness situation. I have asked that Angel's supervisor call me, which Ashley agreed to arrange, with no call back from a supervisor or anyone else for 3 days so far. Disgraceful, third-rate service. I will see how it goes over the next few months but if the store manager is an example of the level of service, I wouldn't recommend this company, and if Angel takes any measures in retaliation for this review, I will do what I do for a living and make sure the company pays in a court for this type of behavior inflicted on me while I am attempting to deal with a family illness.
