- Nikki was our first encounter there and she was excellent. We did go to check out other units and convenience and price we're comparable, but it was because of Nikki that we choose public storage. When I did return to put some stuff in my unit later that evening, there were no available dollies to use. I did go in to check and they told me where else to find one. There still were none available. It took awhile to get one, and it was Nikki that was helpful to locate it.
