- Everything was great except the door to get into the building. Access to the unit we rented is inside a larger building. There are two entrances to the building, both with coded locks. The lock on the door right next to our storage unit did not work. The other entrance is 100 yds away. We had to use the distant door to get in the first time. The manager said it's been broken for months.

- The facility is clean, well lit and units easily accessible. There are carts and dollies readily available as well. It is on the far end of the business district street. Parking is on the street so could be difficult in busy summer resort season. The email provided lock code but would be better if included building entrance info as well. You need a code to enter. Customer Service Reps were all friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this business.
