- The customer service was outstanding. The place we reserved out reservation was closed for lunch. We went around the corner and found another storage facility by the same company. The young guy started the paper work and explained rules/regulations etc. this knocked out most of the work until the associate came back from lunch at the other storage property. He did a wonderful job!

- I am dealing with an unexpected event that required me to store furniture and appliances from a living space in Ocean City. I found Storage Sense online and quickly reserved a unit in Ocean City. However, as my move-in day came up, Brittany, from Storage Sense Mamora Office, provided me additional information and it so happened, I learned the Mamora facility was actually closer to me that the Ocean City facility. She was able to move my reservation to the Mamora facility quickly and provided such great attention and care during that 1st day that it totally put me right at ease and allowed me to focus on dealing with my situation and not worry at all about the storage activity. I highly recommend Storage Sense and appreciate the awesome people that work there.

- The facility is clean, well lit and units easily accessible. There are carts and dollies readily available as well. It is on the far end of the business district street. Parking is on the street so could be difficult in busy summer resort season. The email provided lock code but would be better if included building entrance info as well. You need a code to enter. Customer Service Reps were all friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this business.
