- I'm sorry to say this facility does not take care of the issue it has with the entry doors. The main rolling door has been out for over a week and that is 3 to 4 parking spaces not in use, then the other 2 are single driveways, so you have wait a long time for them to load or unload, whatever the circumstance is at that moment.

- After having a terrible experience at another storage facility, registering at Public Storage was such a positive experience. The woman at the front desk was very knowledgeable about the whole process. Having an elevator and wide carts to help move in your belongings was such a help. My only problem was the lights were out right outside my unit which made it alittle hard to see. But, you do deserve the 4 starts. If the lights were checked it would have been a 5 star rating.
