- Customer service is sometimey- a couple of the people are great, a couple are not so great. Overall the customer service left more to be desired. The facility is really nice and the units are nice. The price I got was great BUT they're not sticking to their word on how much they're charging me! I'm hoping that'll get resolved soon.

- The Manager of the facility took great care of me. She was friendly, offered assistance and made recommendations I wouldn't have thought of before moving in. The location is within 7 minutes of my home and accessibility to the unit is very good with multiple loading pallets available. The facility was well lit and the hallways were wide enough to make maneuvering of furniture painless. There was a structural column in the unit I was given, but I had sufficient room for all of my items.

- At first, the store manager, Angel, was very helpful on the phone, arranging with me to sign the lease remotely or travel into the facility to do so because, due to a family illness, I was out of town and unable to travel into the facility that day. After my contractor moved my goods into the unit, as promised, I called Angel 3 days later on the exact day I said I would, to tell him that, just as we had discussed, although I would not be able to travel into the unit that day, later in the day, when I reached my computer, I would sign the lease. Angel responded insanely by accusing me of refusing to sign the lease, screaming at me that I had moved my goods into the unit illegally, and then Angel locked me out of the unit, with my goods in it, canceling my lease, requiring that I spend almost 2 hours on the phone with another very nice representative, Ashley, in a home corporate office to straighten it out, distracting me from dealing with my family illness situation. I have asked that Angel's supervisor call me, which Ashley agreed to arrange, with no call back from a supervisor or anyone else for 3 days so far. Disgraceful, third-rate service. I will see how it goes over the next few months but if the store manager is an example of the level of service, I wouldn't recommend this company, and if Angel takes any measures in retaliation for this review, I will do what I do for a living and make sure the company pays in a court for this type of behavior inflicted on me while I am attempting to deal with a family illness.
