- At first, the store manager, Angel, was very helpful on the phone, arranging with me to sign the lease remotely or travel into the facility to do so because, due to a family illness, I was out of town and unable to travel into the facility that day. Â After my contractor moved my goods into the unit, as promised, I called Angel 3 days later on the exact day I said I would, to tell him that, just as we had discussed, although I would not be able to travel into the unit that day, later in the day, when I reached my computer, I would sign the lease. Â Angel responded insanely by accusing me of refusing to sign the lease, screaming at me that I had moved my goods into the unit illegally, and then Angel locked me out of the unit, with my goods in it, canceling my lease, requiring that I spend almost 2 hours on the phone with another very nice representative, Ashley, in a home corporate office to straighten it out, distracting me from dealing with my family illness situation. Â I have asked that Angel's supervisor call me, which Ashley agreed to arrange, with no call back from a supervisor or anyone else for 3 days so far. Â Disgraceful, third-rate service. Â I will see how it goes over the next few months but if the store manager is an example of the level of service, I wouldn't recommend this company, and if Angel takes any measures in retaliation for this review, I will do what I do for a living and make sure the company pays in a court for this type of behavior inflicted on me while I am attempting to deal with a family illness.

- The Manager or Lead guy this site has is extremely inappropriate and unprofessional. I went there Saturday 02/27/21 to confirm one of the units (115) of the 3 I had would not be charged. His response was inappropriate as he was upset because I could not remember my ID # to access the facility. He told me next time I visited the site and I did not remember the number he was not going to allow me to enter the facility. I asked what was his problem and why was he being rude -his response was "because this the second time I have to do this for you... if you don't remember the number next time make sure to call your employees so they can tell you the ID # because I will not let you in the building" I have had the UNITS there for over a year and there was certainly no need for his poor lack of leadership to manifest with someone that did not ever give him a hard time. Needless to say, while I did not visit the site to terminate the other 2 units , after his unprofessional tone in speaking to me like that in front of my daughter - I took a walk across the street to Colombia Storage and moved the other 2 UNITS i had with Prime to Colombia Storage thanks to his attitude. As the owner of a company who employs 300 Employees - one of the investments I ensure we do is invest into management training - the "manager" you have on site in Clifton NJ needs Much of it. I was able to speak to District Manager Evan and he assured me it would have been addressed.
