- At first, the store manager, Angel, was very helpful on the phone, arranging with me to sign the lease remotely or travel into the facility to do so because, due to a family illness, I was out of town and unable to travel into the facility that day. After my contractor moved my goods into the unit, as promised, I called Angel 3 days later on the exact day I said I would, to tell him that, just as we had discussed, although I would not be able to travel into the unit that day, later in the day, when I reached my computer, I would sign the lease. Angel responded insanely by accusing me of refusing to sign the lease, screaming at me that I had moved my goods into the unit illegally, and then Angel locked me out of the unit, with my goods in it, canceling my lease, requiring that I spend almost 2 hours on the phone with another very nice representative, Ashley, in a home corporate office to straighten it out, distracting me from dealing with my family illness situation. I have asked that Angel's supervisor call me, which Ashley agreed to arrange, with no call back from a supervisor or anyone else for 3 days so far. Disgraceful, third-rate service. I will see how it goes over the next few months but if the store manager is an example of the level of service, I wouldn't recommend this company, and if Angel takes any measures in retaliation for this review, I will do what I do for a living and make sure the company pays in a court for this type of behavior inflicted on me while I am attempting to deal with a family illness.

- 1. Zero cell or WiFi reception. I reached out to office and corporate many times and even offered to pay premium for WiFi access. Many people who rent are doing do so for business and having your biz shut down while you use the space is a nightmare. 2. I paid my rent every single month during Covid. Many did not. They received very cushy deals. But for me, someone who paid every month during COVID THEY RAISED MY RENT. I canﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t wait to get out. 3. They are charging a colleague a lower price than I am being charged and I have no idea why. The woman at front desk is lovely but really I other than she I donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t have much good to say about the place.

I am now paying 50% less for a space with 50% more room! Reallyﾃ｢竄ｬﾂｦ Not only that but the entire facility is 100% cleaner and I donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t have to walk around my vehicle to check for discarded screws/nails Finally I was actually welcomed by the staff via text AND phone call. I know storage isnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t cheap but this really was a welcome change Thanks!!! (No big deal but the clean would have been a 5 if the 2 pot holes werenﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t there)
