- Prior to arrival we did our paperwork online as they are in that office only on Fridays. That was very easy and quite fast. After 5 hours if driving we arrived only to find that our gate code did not work. There is an emergency kiosk which we used that gave us a code to use to get in. However we needed to get more than one vehicle in. We tried calling the number I had used in the morning to register and was on hold forever. When we did get thru we were given a daily code for that day. I still have not heard back from anyone to let us know if the issue has been resolved. The facility is well maintained. But their hold time on a call is far too long. Thus 4 instead of 5 stars.

- From the online signup process to the signin process at the facility to the move in can only be described as excellent. Julie was awesome in providing information showing unit including instructions of how to enter and close my unit to entering and exiting the facility. I have three units that are located in less than a mile from my house but none offered the quality and price. I have been entering the facility almost every day taking items to be stored and there is always carts available.

Other patrons were friendly and offered to move their cars while they were loading/unloading in order to make room for my truck and trailer to load. Looks like a clean place, but there is an incredible dip after the building going into the open parking area, so be careful of that.
