- Prior to arrival we did our paperwork online as they are in that office only on Fridays. That was very easy and quite fast. After 5 hours if driving we arrived only to find that our gate code did not work. There is an emergency kiosk which we used that gave us a code to use to get in. However we needed to get more than one vehicle in. We tried calling the number I had used in the morning to register and was on hold forever. When we did get thru we were given a daily code for that day. I still have not heard back from anyone to let us know if the issue has been resolved. The facility is well maintained. But their hold time on a call is far too long. Thus 4 instead of 5 stars.
