- I reserved a deal for a 5x10 for $68 a month with the first month for free. After the $10 price of a lock and the additional $11 for the renters insurance, and the one time fee of $20, I ended up paying over $40 for the first month. Not exactly free. And with the renters insurance added to the bill every month I'm paying $79 a month not $68. So the pricing of the advertisement and the amount you pay when you actually sign for a unit is quite different. But in the long run it's still cheaper than most of the other units around Asheville. it's VERY clean and I have great access to my unit especially considering that it's on the 3rd level. The building layout is convenient and overall I'm willing to pay a bit more for an easier move. Can't complain. Just wish they were more upfront about the real cost.

My only complaint is that my unit was full of dirt upon moving in. I understand itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s a drive-up and non-climate controlled unit, but it would be nice for it to have been swept out prior to arrival.

The customer service person answered the phone immediately & it turned out we had the wrong code. Problem solved, we were in & out in a short time.
