- I showed up (with a UHAUL) on the move in date and had no access to my unit. I, along with 2 other renters were stuck with our gate access codes not working. After roughly 30 min, we were able to get inside our units. I went again 2 days later with the same issue. Customer service has no reason why my gate code doesn't work, the emergency gate codes dont work and there is no one on site to help.I have spent hours on the phone with customer service trying to figure out the issue and have had no call from the "storage property manager"

Within 20 minutes of my arrival I was driving up to my new rental unit. I recommend this location especially due to the cost savings compared to other mini-storage companies in the area.

Other patrons were friendly and offered to move their cars while they were loading/unloading in order to make room for my truck and trailer to load. Looks like a clean place, but there is an incredible dip after the building going into the open parking area, so be careful of that.
