- I had a great experience with Public Storage! I was able to come and go as I please with ease. I also felt my belongings were very well taken care of since there is an on site owner, cameras and flood lights. The doors are locked at 9pm which deters anyone from entering the property overnight. I needed a fairly large unit as my entire household of belongings had to be kept there and it was the perfect size! The convenience of being able to reserve the unit online was amazing!

- I did not like that when I rented the space there were fees that were not disclosed on the website. i.e. cost for lock, application fee There was a period of time when one of the doors that was closest to my temp controlled unit did not open. In order to get to my unit had to walk a ways down a pitch black hallway before the motion activated lights came on I have always been treated well by the staff in at the offce of the facility. THe facility seems clean and well taken care of except for the problem with the door. and lights.
