Review: Very friendly and helpful staff. Our experience went smoothly. The one thing i will say though is that, when i spoke to an agent on the phone, she never informed me that it was a MUST that i purchase insurance. I think i shouldve been informed from the beginning, not while im signing the contract.

Review: Sarah was the nicest and most helpful manager!! She guided me through the rental process not to mention she had a pretty impressive amount of knowledge of the moving supplies available. She definitely made my moving process a lot less stressful. I highly recommend renting from her!

Review: Soon after I booked online, Grace was on the phone following up with my reservation to offer any assistance or answer any questions I had and helped me setup an appointment for my move in day. She was very welcoming when we checked in with her and took great care to show the unit, explain and walk us through the move in process. Grace was very professional and knowledgeable, she made us comfortable and offered useful tips. She's a great asset!!

She walked with me to the unit I am renting and instructed me on the proper way to make certain my unit was locked. She opened the door to show me the inside of the unit.
