- I Would recommend Public storage if you want to store something. No problems, decent gate hours since most people won't be loading or unloading between 9pm and 6am anyway.. I would say that the only negative I've seen is the buildings have certain spots on them that seem to be deteriorating at the location I use.

Onsite office closed for renovations and gate not working so gate remains open going on multiple days now. Discount on rental showed up on invoice one day, no longer showed up the next day when I called customer service (in Texas) to process payment for exact same unit since no one in the office to take payment in person.

- I came to access my unit 10/07 not realizing that you all closed at 5 pm. I begged the manger who was standing outside to please let me,because I cold not recall my gate code. I came back the following morning and I was mad. Alice was there. I was ready to argue. After explaining what happened the day before,she asked how I would feel if someone approached me with work related stuff on my off duty time? She explained that some managers live on the property but it doesn't mean they are on call 24/7. She was so pleasant and positive I couldn't stay mad. She put me at ease and gave me my gate code. She even made me laugh at myself. She's a great lady and a great face for public storage. I would send all my friends to her!. I know I'm late putting it in,but please let her know I did the review . She is one awesome lady!!!!
