- DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. Since I have been with 10 Federal they have raised the rent 6 times in 3 years. They raised the rent again in April of 2024 and they just sent another increase yesterday. Ive gone from $96 per unit per month from when I started to now they want $177 per unit. The kicker is that they have the same units I have (10x20) listed for $133 per month on 2 different websites. So rather than lowering the rent for customers who have paid their rent on time for 3 years you want to raise the rent but give new customers a lower rent.
