- The process to reserve a storage unit was easy enough. The wait times to speak to a customer service rep was 10-15 minutes. Called a few times. In addition, the confirmation emails were unclear, specifically, directing me to the web page to finalize the reservation, which could not be done. Thus prompting me to call customer service, who informed me that the confirmation is done by phone on move in day. Directions need to be clearer. Further, on move in day the gate was open. It remained open all day, so I wonder why there is an access code to gain access to the gate which was open. Finally, I would have liked to select my unit, not assigned on. There were plenty of unit options and I was placed at the furthest location.

When I got there the young lady had all ready called to check in with me, the unit originally asked for was too small and she was able to quickly and painlessly switch me to a larger unit. She was pleasant, knowledgeable and very professional. This storage facility is gated and protected which I love and it was very clean and easily accessible.
