- I rented a 10 x 10 unit online after talking with a rep about the special pricing for the first two months. Went to check it out and found that someone had gone to the bathroom in the corner (and on the wall) and covered it partially with a t shirt. I called the facility manager and was on hold for more than half an hour. No one ever answered. I tried again and got no answer. This was unacceptable, particularly the fact that I could not get anyone on the phone to help me. There was no working gate at the facility, so anyone can walk up and go in the empty units whenever they want. Avoid this place.
