And then the $22 to buy the special lock that you have to use (at least for the 5x5 unit). I still went with them since the nearly $60 total was similar to what other places charge for a month. I just wish they were a little more transparent up front with the cost.

- The customer service experience was great, but when I reserved the storage I thought I would only be putting down $25.00. When I went in to pay for my storage I was told I had to buy the lock as well as renters insurance, which increased my total to over $50. Customers should be made aware upfront about the whole price if they apply online. Overall, I would still recommend them, but I just believe people should know everything in the beginning so that they are aware of how much they really have to spend.
