- There are no employees at the storage unit. Just a large kiosk so that I could do all the work. I was given the last unit at the opposite end of the entrance and there arenﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t any dollyﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s or push carts at the facility so I had to carry heavy items, one by one. It took forever. I was also given a storage unit that is known to flood and was never given a choice to choose a different one.

- This does not have to do with my booking experience. This has to do with today, October 12th. I arranged with my moving company to come today in the morning. This morning I arrived before the office was open. Upon arrival the moving company and I realized that my unit would not suffice for all the items I had. I knew it Public Storage was not open just yet. We decided to wait until 9:30. The total wait was about an hour. In that time there was a person who came and opened the door to get in. This was before opening time. I was under the impression. When the store opened they would come to the front to help customers. I walked back to my storage unit to close it up and get ready to talk the store manager. Upon walking back up front at 9:30, I noticed that the lights were off and there was a sign saying that the manager would be back at 10:10. This means that they did not wait or inform me they were leaving or see if I needed anything. The movers and I had already been waiting 1hr 20min and would now have to wait longer. It then was 10after 10:00 as the sign said and there was still no manager in sight. They were not onon the property that entire time. I was the only person there besides a person who drove into their unit. I called another location in the area for help but didn't get any from them since they don't have the information to the Ohenry location. At about 10:32 someone did pull up to only say they couldn't help because the power was out. They then drove off. The individual never ever got out or turned the car off. They didnt ask me for any information, she just left. I know that the was a storm last night but I'm quite sure she or anybody could have done more than that to help. First thing that could have been done was the person who put the sign up could have also wrote power is out to let customers know they are closed. They have also put a valid time on the window. There could have been a change to the voicemail for that location stating there was no power and would be closed today. I am very displeased with this location today because I was patient enough to wait for a person who didn't come back on time and wasn't there when the store opened in the first place. Because of this I have to have the movers keep my stuff on their truck which I'm being charged for until I'm back in town on Tuesday. I also have to verify that this location has power and someone will be there to help me with getting another unit, if available. I am normally very understanding of situations but this one is not one I can be understanding of since I know this could have been avoided with simple communication of any type by Public Storage. Again this does not have anything to do with Brionni who helped me prior to today. I don't know who was supposed to be in today but this was the worst service I've ever received. That's actually not a correct statement since there wasn't any service given this morning (Friday October 12th).

I was having such difficulty with the website, I kept receiving error messages (yes, I use a laptop/wireless/phone regularly.) making it impossible to do the contactless option impossible. I eventually had to call over and just get confirmation. I havenﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t been to the facility, I needed the movers to be able to go- but contactless shouldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t be so difficult. Not to mention the prices kept changing, and the option for the ﾃ｢竄ｬﾋ彷irst month freeﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ would disappear when I was trying to do the actual booking. Hopefully your experience with their website will be smoother.
