- I looked for a very specific unit to rent that was outside with a garage door only! I am disabled in a wheelchair and and a outside unit was specified only. I was rented over the phone I was told an outside unit with garage door. Volunteers picked up my things went to facility gate code worked to enter facility. Workers looked for the unit I rented #0257 on my contract. That unit number was not found where call center described it was apon leasing unit In fact they searched the entire complex for unit #0257 thatwas not found as requested i can only rent outside unit with garage door only. At this point the workers left to search other facilities in the area looking for a unit #0257 now passing up the U-Haul time limit on its rental caused by not able to find. My rented unit the workers returned to the facility my gate code worked and found a unit with two of the numbers in my rented unit number and proceeded to put my stuff into that unit because it had a green tag and a lock in it like they said it would so I thought they had the wrong unit listed with nowhere to go with the stuff in the truck and now the truck being charged double the rate and no one answering any phone calls from the call center or anywhere from this facility or affiliates or service centers I was left no option but to put my stuff in the de-open unit that there was available upon calling Monday morning I was informed that my unit was inside another building on the property through it through a door and it's unmarked they told me there's no markings that my unit was in that building they said that the driver would have to literally open doors and go in buildings to find it That is exact opposite of what I thought I was rented from an outside garage door only now it's in a side of a building through a door unlocked that it's in there. The unit is $75 more than the one I originally rented that I can't afford being on social security disability. They're not saying it's my fault.

- I need to change my storage space because the other was too far from where I live. Upon contact PS, the courteous staff help me to find the right location and made the reservation for me to meet with the manager. When I met the manager, she was very friendly and knowledgeable. The one I thought I wanted turned out to be too small. She said let me check my availabilities, and yes I have just a few doors down that will work. It was so very clean and I knew my items would not be dirty or wet. The storage space is well built. Safety, that is also one of the most important need. This was just what I wanted to have. Let me know if you need to have a storage space, PS is the best!

- I reserved my unit online then went in the next morning to finish the paper work. The owner was there and was extremely nice and helpful. She told me about how they recently acquired the property and was honest with me about issues without me even having to ask. It was great that she was willing to be upfront about everything. Security is great and in place in multiple locations but is very easy to use if you belong there (not trying to break in). Pricing is great and I love that I'm not obligated to rent for an extended period of time and don't have to give any move-out notice!

- Right near I-44 and easy to get in & out. Life Storage van was clean and large with slide resistant cargo bed and plenty of tie down fasteners. Building is very secure with pass code gate and building door-then your lock on the locker. Electrical is a few feet away so you can plug in your own lamp-unplug when you leave. No humidity control, but temperature is maintained in range of 50-80F. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

- I arrived at the facility shortly after opening. 2 men sitting at a desk, and I was not greeted as one was playing on his cell phone and another on a tablet. I started to inquire with the man on the tablet and was stopped mid sentence and told he was in a meeting and could not help me. I then waited for the other guy to get off a cell phone and acknowledge me. I let him know I had reserve 1 unit. I was took to a unit and appalled by how dirty and dusty the unit was. I ask if there was a different unit to which I was told they all look the same. I immediately left and called around. I got ahold of another locker place at the place in Jefferson County the guy was very nice and offered to transfer me to the locker in Eureka. I asked to speak to the District Manager about this and he said he would relay the message. I have not heard from him yet regarding my experience. By grace I have ben able to get the locker at A-1 locker.
