- I didnt have the greatest experience when signing up - I was told one price over the phone, which is what prompted me to come in, and then upon arrival, I was told a higher price. No attempt to satisfy that I had been misinformed. The price was very 'take it or leave it'. This alone was annoying, but I went with it. Now, several months later, my account attempted to auto draft from my account just at the most perfect time when my bank info had been fraudulently taken. My card was deactivated, and because of this, I received a steep late fee of $20 (mind you, this was the first time I had been late on a payment). After discussing with the rep on the phone, which I later found out was the manager, I was told that they only waive late fees if it was LifeStorage's fault - not even for stolen bank info. WOW. Money hungry is what I call that... As soon as this COVID mess has disappeared, I will be switching to a different storage rental company.

They helped SO much with the moving stuff into the building- and the containers have SUPER high ceilings so thereﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s actually more room than you think there is if you stack things good! - I arrived at the facility shortly after opening. 2 men sitting at a desk, and I was not greeted as one was playing on his cell phone and another on a tablet. I started to inquire with the man on the tablet and was stopped mid sentence and told he was in a meeting and could not help me. I then waited for the other guy to get off a cell phone and acknowledge me. I let him know I had reserve 1 unit. I was took to a unit and appalled by how dirty and dusty the unit was. I ask if there was a different unit to which I was told they all look the same. I immediately left and called around. I got ahold of another locker place at the place in Jefferson County the guy was very nice and offered to transfer me to the locker in Eureka. I asked to speak to the District Manager about this and he said he would relay the message. I have not heard from him yet regarding my experience. By grace I have ben able to get the locker at A-1 locker.

- I was moving out of this place last winter because the place is never maintained, the gate is broke, stuck open, more often than not leaving your stuff at risk. Anyway last winter I was going to get some things to move to my new storage and it snowed a week (or more) prior. The drive sits in a shady area so the road was still covered in snow and ice. My truck was capable of getting up the hill to my unit but coming back down hit some ice and ended my up getting stuck and damaging my truck when it slid into their control box at the gate. When I called management they said "that was a risk you took when you rented from our company". They are lucky the damage to my 70k truck was minimal, just a door trim piece. But be warned.!!!
