- We had a great experience when we first went in. Great people they were wonderful and helpful. Well it turns out we didn't even need the storage unit. I went to see If I could get anything back at all. She was horrid and rude. Even though we didn't use anything she wouldn't return it because it was "used". I would go back if it wasn't her. I spent over a 100 bucks on nothing.

- Numbers on the buildings are not large and clear and easy to read. The roll up door is not working well. I had to fight with the door and the locks to get them opened and closed. The door is extremely hard to open and close. Can I get this door fixed? I am disabled and this is a big problem for me. The door is absolutely messed up.
