- Super easy process. Took about 5-8 minutes in person after reserving online. Great customer service at the 1825 sw Westport location. Walked through processes and explained all necessary details. 98% clean unit, would recommend bringing a hand-held swiffer or broom for minor cleaning if you're going for that 100%. Not saying all storage units are perfect, but this was pretty dang close. Appreciate the staff for the help.

- When I reserved the space, I informed them I would be storing a car that need to be towed to the unit. I was assigned unit 122. There was no space between the units for the tow truck to fit. We had to take the car off of the tow truck and push it into the unit. We succeeded only because some people working at their unit helped us push. Also, I couldn't find anyone to let us in and the kiosk was not working. I have never been able to reach anyone at the 785 266 8199.
