Their insurance loop hole is if my unit was not broken into by force, none of my belongings can be covered. Please have your own insurance if you plan to rent a unit from this place.

The door to pull u haul in was broken and there were no instructions on how to get in. We had to go in the wrong way to get in and had to ask for people to let us out because the code didn't work, my first impression of this place can be summed up into one word, DISASTER.
