- It is so rare to find genuinely good customer service, especially with a good product (in this case, affordable storage in a good central location). My property manager Jessica is a gem and I couldn't be happier with how she communicates and goes out of her way to take care of us. Love that you get a lifetime discount if you order online too, rather than 6 or 12 months, and that it is month to month. That said, I haven't had all good experiences in the past with Public Storage. In 2009 I had a unit in Tucson with them. Had a card expire and forgot to update it with them, and they made almost no effort to reach out to me before they just cut my lock. The staff didn't ever seem to want to be there or help me. Could be that the company has just improved since then so I left my rating at 5 stars.
