- The day I moved in I was NOT told or even in the description that I had to carry their mandatory insurance. I already have rental insurance and that raised a 5×10 from $44 to $59 plus tax. As I was already packed and need the stoage locked ASAP, I was really unhappy. Kinda misleading.

- The facility is very clean and in a great location. The only issue is that I had an appointment and was confirmed. I got to the facility and no one was there. I waited over an hour and called another facility and was told again that someone should be there. The other family tried to get a hold of someone and they were unable to locate anyone. Waited over an hour and no one showed up.

- My disappointment is that I had reserved a 5X10, by the next morning, less than 24 hrs later it was not available. Although I had “reserved” it. So I had to get larger and pricier unit because conveniently no other 5X10 were available. That was very disappointing. “Reserving” meant nothing. I feel I should have been given the 8X10 for the 5X10 price since my “reserved” unit was given away.

- I rented a unit at this facility and once I was moving out, the facility left my unit unlocked, trashed, and lots of items stolen. The insurance company refused to reimburse me as the unit was not forcibly broken into.
