- Very pleased with the staff with how quick he got us set up. The facility is well maintained and so are the units. I didn't expect my unit to be that clean. I will say I went through a funk during the gate access but that didn't bother me so much. It is what it is when it comes to technology. I'd also recommend to set up or think of setting up through their website directly than sparefoot but that's only if you care about a 1 dollar price difference. I didn't mind otherwise it would have been worth mentioning to them when I signed up .

- The manager I spoke with over the phone was very thoughtful about giving me an alternative to checkin online if I needed it since I was coming from a distance. The managers and staff were very courteous and gracious about walking "us" (there were about 6 different parties checking in and unloading when I got there) through elevator protocols and actually helping me unload since all the carts were initially taken, and then freeing up a cart for me. They made the process as easy as possible in spite of my being tired and I really appreciated their efforts though I am sure I didn't show it.

- I am extremely happy with my decision to rent a storage unit here. The facility is very clean. The manager is helpful. She took the time to answer any questions that I had. I reserved a unit online, and before we started any paperwork, Pam took me on a "tour" to go look at the unit and even showed me the next size larger so I could compare them. There is the ability to bring your vehicle inside the loading/unloading bay. Several carts are also available to load your items on to minimize the numbers of trips you need to take. The elevator is nice and large to accommodate larger pieces of furniture. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone with storage needs.
