- Process was fast and easy, facility is relatively clean (better than most). Staff is great! She recommended something that was specific to my scenario which made a huge difference in my storage activities. The lot opens early 6am and closes at 10pm which allowed me to make multiple trips in one day. I'm very satisfied with how far things have gone in the past week. There was a clerical error but was quickly resolved when I pointed it out. Credit card was shown only at signing for the space to avoid complications.

- I've had an excellent experience so far. I had to move out in somewhat of a hurry and the customer service lady at this location was very pleasant and helpful. The facility is always clean and the security is legit. This is my first experience using storage and I haven't yet had a reason to worry. Large carts and elevators are available to take large loads up to my unit. The overall experience has just been great for a first-timer. I can get in and get out on my own and feel safe doing so.

- We just got our storage unit. I signed up online. Someone called me within 15 minutesto confirm my reservation and see if I had any questions. Matter of fact, a second person even called me after that. They were really on the ball. When I arrived at the facility, the man at the desk, Marcus was very friendly and police. He had my paperwork ready to go. As soon as we finished the paperwork, he showed the storage unit. He even swept it out for me, before we brought some of our boxes over. Marcus was very professional and helpful. I definitely would reccommend this storage facility to my friends and family. The hours and prices are better than many other storage facilities in our area.
