I read through reviews on several companies in the Rogers Park/Edgewater area and finally settled on Public Storage on Jarvis. I reserved the unit online, and within an hour Darlene called to ask me if I wanted a tour before settling on the space. Long story short, I went in and toured the facility and was so impressed with the cleanliness and Darlene's customer service that I rented on the spot. I would highly recommend this location. The staff is helpful, the facility is clean, and the location is convenient.

- This was a very clean and very reliable place to store my things after moving back to chicago. I'm a single female and I felt very safe every time I came to this facility. The staff is very helpful and helped facilitate a change to a different Extra Space Storage storage space when my needs changed. I love having 24 hour access bc we don't always live in a 9-5 world and things come up at all hours. I'm able to securely get my things in and out without worrying about theft or my safety.

- The folks at CubeSmart are great to work with. We are currently renting two units from them and were pleasantly surprised with the location, cleanliness and the customer service we received. For example, if you are unloading items from a semi-truck, many storage locations can't accommodate this size of the truck but for CubeSmart, you can actually pull up to the door to unload. Plus, Tamara at the front desk was extremely knowledgeable and took it upon herself to find someone else in the building to help us move in a final, bulky and pesky item that we were having trouble with moving in. Thank you again CubeSmart. We are very happy and would hands down, easily lease from you again.
