- Great facility, only complaint is that only one bay is open on Sunday “for security”. I don’t understand how this is any more secure and when I went to move in on Sunday, a van was occupying the one available bay for a full hour even though i never saw anyone loading or unloading into the van.

- On move-in day, I got to the storage unit about 30 minutes before they closed, and the lady working the front desk was very kind and helpful. She got all the paperwork done in about 10 minutes, including selling me a lock for my door, and I was on my way. The facility itself can be a little confusing, but she was very good at explaining exactly how to get to my unit, so that wasn't too bad. They've got a drive-in loading area, capable of holding a full 18-wheeler, so no matter what you're storing, you will probably have no trouble bringing it in. When it comes to the unit itself, well... it's a storage unit. Metal walls, concrete floor. No ceiling, though. Just a sort of chicken wire fence. In all, I'd say it's a pretty good storage facility. I'd recommend it.

- I received outstanding service from James Cook (think that is his name). I arrived @ 11:00am on a Saturday...and...he was extremely busy and had to do a lot of juggling w/four customers @ once. I left satisfied w/my UNCLE BOB experience. The location is a big plus w/parking accessibility. This storage facility definitely gets an "A" rating (not a B, C or D).

- Much better than my previous storage facility, and cheaper. I rented a spot outdoors to park my motorhome. The lot is secure with a keypad gate and cameras. The price is reasonable. The only complaint I have - and it’s more a recommendation - is that fees and taxes should be disclosed up front, not at the time the papers are signed. The $84 per month charge ended up to be over $100 after all was said and done. Still, very satisfied overall.
