- At move in my code didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t work either door. I spent 30 mins on the phone with CS trying to troubleshoot the lock on the door. Ok things happen. Fast forward a few days later I get a notice saying theyﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢re adding insurance to my rental even when I provided my renters insurance. Two months later, I get an email saying that my insurance is expiring and they will be adding the fee again. I sent them a copy of my insurance again it does not expire until 2024 now today I get a new bill with the fee adding after being told my insurance was valid. If you have no choice, but to rent for them because their prices are so low keep in mind there is no one onsite at this location and they were at random feet so your billing you would need to look at it every single month. Not to mention Michael still never works at the door. I literally have to wait for someone else to come to get me in.
