The website does not tell you there is an additional $12 per month insurance charge. That needs to be added. I've never used a storage facility, so maybe everyone else knows this.

- The management team was extremely helpful and kind. We were able to get our contact completed within 10 minutes. The facility was pretty clean and for a Saturday very quiet. The only thing that I was disappointed in was that the Air conditioner for the climate control for our section was out. The manager let is know they would have it repaired as soon as possible. I am unsure if it has been replaced and or fixed. I would love some kind of communication when these things happen that way if there is something in my storage that I need to take home for a few days so it doesn't get damaged. Other than that great facility great management team!
